My Story

Hi Everyone,

My name is Shae Holmes and I am an alum of the University of Washington. I was born and raised in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and grew up playing for Real Colorado and ThunderRidge High School. I am now a professional soccer player in the NWSL for Seattle Reign FC.

I am the creator of Connected Comebacks because being an athlete myself and going through not one, not two, but three ACL injuries, I wanted to reach out to athletes going through this same process in a more unique outreach. Now I am not a jewelry maker, but that is what makes this fun. Each triangle is handmade by me and may have a small imperfection, but going through any injury isn’t perfect either. We all now have scars as a part of us, but that’s what makes us more perfect and complete than ever. The constants that every necklace and triangle hold are positive attitudes, unwavering courage, and limitless possibilities with a support group like no other.
